High School Israel Travel
Grant Eligibility Requirements
AGE
- Student must be at least 16 or a graduate of 10th-12th grade
RELIGION
- Student must have at least one Jewish parent or have converted to Judaism
- Student must identify with Jewish faith at time application is made
FINANCIAL STATUS
- Not taken into consideration
CINCINNATI RESIDENCE
- Parents must reside in Cincinnati during the year the trip takes place
- Former Israelis must have lived in the United States for a minimum of 10 years
TRIP LENGTH
- Minimum of three weeks in Israel, unless part of the March of the Living or Camp Livingston trip
GRANT LIMIT
PREVIOUS ISRAEL TRAVEL
- Previous travel to Israel has no impact on grant eligibility
- Students can access a high school travel grant only once
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
- Repay the grant in full if student subsequently does not go to Israel, or if student is dismissed from a trip for disciplinary reasons
